LET is noninvasive, painless and is very calming and relaxing. It is similar to having a light touch massage but instead the certified lymphatic therapist uses an instrument that has two small hand held wands that are lightly and slowly moved across the body in a specific direction that correlates to the body's lymphatic flow.

It is similar to having a light touch massage but instead the certified lymphatic therapist uses an instrument that has two small hand held wands that are lightly and slowly moved across the body in a specific direction that correlates to the body's lymphatic flow.
You will be on a massage table under sheets and blankets unclothed. I suggest bringing warm socks to keep your feet warm if you tend to run cold. Or we can wrap extra blankets on you if needed to keep you comfortable.

Drinking adequate amounts of water (6-8 glasses) is recommended the day before and the day of your treatment to assist in the cleansing process.
Refrain from applying any lotions, oils, make-up, deodorant or perfumes to the body prior to your session. You can shower, however, refrain from using any products until after your session which

You can shower, however, refrain from using any products until after your session which you can bring with you and apply after. They will make it difficult for the machine to make contact with the skin resulting in less therapeutic benefit for your session.

After your session it's important to support your body's natural detoxification processes. Drinking plenty of water and getting adequate rest are key.
Light healthy meals are recommended.

Some people are more tired after a session while others might get a burst of energy.
It isn't uncommon for some emotions to surface as the body releases old stagnant toxins. This is normal, just be patient with yourself and feel the feels.
Expect some increased urination and possibly defecation and a good night of sleep.
Things to avoid include strenuous activities, alcohol, and heavy meals.
If possible it is ideal to do some grounding after your session for 30 minutes to one hour. Or an epsom salt bath or foot soak is recommended. These practices will help balance the ionic charge in your body and ease the detoxification process.
